ME Law Professional Corporation is a Toronto-based litigation firm specializing in estate, real estate, and corporate/commercial disputes. Our practice focuses on complex civil litigation matters. We are seeking a Litigation Associate with 3+ years experience to join our growing litigation group. The successful candidate will work on a broad range of civil litigation files and collaborate closely with senior counsel on complex matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage litigation files from commencement through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, applications, affidavits, and factums
• Conduct legal research and prepare written advocacy
• Attend discoveries, case conferences, and motions
• Assist in the preparation of matters for hearings and trial
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of civil litigation experience
