Role Summary

As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC), you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. This role requires a Linear TV Director who will:

• Develop and lead media strategy by defining and directing the overall Linear TV strategy, translating client objectives into actionable media frameworks and leveraging data to drive strategic recommendations.
• Manage media buying and negotiation by directing upfront and scatter market buying strategy, anticipating market trends, and cultivating key executive-level relationships with media vendors and partners.
• Execute and optimize campaigns by overseeing end‑to‑end campaign operations, managing budget pacing, optimizing schedules to meet KPI targets, and conducting post‑buy analyses for performance insights and growth.
