The Line Leader is responsible for the short- and long-term performance of the line(s) across all shifts. They lead the line team (Process Engineer and Line Technician Leader) and are responsible for Environment, Health & Safety, Quality, and all governance forums for the line. Owns the Daily, Weekly and Monthly Management System and Standard Work Practices for the line. Leads the preparation of the line team and facilitates the meetings.
How You Will Contribute
You will:
Direct manager for line team: Process Engineer, Technical Lead, Shift Leaders, Maintainers and Machine Operators, including performance reviews and target setting.
