Job Description
The line lead coordinates operators and supports plant departments to meet production targets on highly automated assembly lines by following company standards.
Essential Functions
- Executing of operations on various assemblies and products.
- Coordinates / performs Change Overs according to production orders. Ensure Change Over instructions are followed correctly.
- Setting-up of pre-belt assemblies, testing and packaging stations according to specifications.
- Analyze and reprocess NOK parts in the lines or processes assigned.
- Coordinate with HR Trainer to ensure all personnel are trained according to Work Instruction and Procedures (follow up Training Matrix).
