Summary:
ADM is seeking a skilled cook to prepare and serve daily meals under the direction of a Captain on a lineboat at American River Transportation Company (ARTCo).Job Responsibilities:
Provide balanced and nutritional meals at scheduled meal timesProvide fresh baked goods & desserts on a regular basisMaintain & order galley stores and supplies within the budget allowedMaintain organized and clean galley and personal areaObserve & execute proper personal and food service hygienePerform duties safely, efficiently and professionallyReport all injuries, illnesses, and near misses in a timely mannerContribute to general welfare of the crewAdditional duties and responsibilities as required or requestedJob Requirements:
