Review the work order to identify the vehicle issue and, when necessary, discuss with the shop foreman to clarify the nature of the work to be performed. Perform a complete multi-point inspection to ensure each vehicle returned to the customer meets safety and performance standards. Carry out all required mechanical work: repairs, preventive maintenance, adjustments, part replacements, and corrective actions based on established diagnostics. Use computerized diagnostic equipment to identify malfunctions and defects. Perform preventive maintenance (oil changes, lubrication, tune-ups). Test completed repairs according to manufacturer standards. Explain to customers the condition of their vehicle and the repairs performed or required. Maintain high standards of quality, compliance, and customer service. Perform any other related tasks. Advantages
