Regional Health, Safety and Mental Wellbeing Leader is a hybrid role that oversees the implementation of an effective health, safety and mental wellbeing management system to ensure compliance across local H&S regulations.

Overview

Implement programs and initiatives to maintain a health, safety and mental wellbeing service in compliance with local requirements. Oversee and collaborate with members of the Health, Safety and Mental Wellbeing team to ensure effective delivery of services. Monitor risk registers, ensuring risk assessments are carried out and appropriate actions are identified and closed. Ensure Health, Safety and Wellbeing Committees are established where required. Collaborate with colleagues in other functions such as Facilities Management, IT, Security and other contractors to deliver a safe working environment.
