Licensing and Education Officer – Temporary (Parental Leave Coverage)

The Bereavement Authority of Ontario is looking to hire a Temporary Licensing and Education Officer. This position is a temporary role providing up to 18 months of parental leave coverage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate licensing activities for current and renewing professionals.
• Guide applicants through the regulatory landscape to help them meet all legislative requirements.
• Oversee education and examination programs, including managing internships, administering exams, and tracking competencies to ensure those entering the profession are fully prepared.
• Uphold professional standards and provide fair, consistent access to licensure and practice across the province through clear communication, precise processing, and timely support.
