Title: Millwright

Reports to: Maintenance Manager

Status: Non-Exempt Hourly

Position Purpose: The Millwright plays a key role in supporting production by performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on machinery and mechanical systems. This position serves as the primary point of contact for addressing issues related to production lines, equipment, and other mechanical systems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.

Principle Accountabilities

• Perform daily inspections of machinery to ensure proper operation
• Clean and lubricate equipment as part of routine maintenance
• Identify and correct mechanical issues to minimize downtime
• Remove and replace defective parts as needed
