SUMMARY

Under the general supervision of the Mental Health Director, the LCSW works as part of a mental health care team to provide high-quality care to a diverse patient population to fulfill the following responsibilities in a high volume, multi-specialty practice in a Federally Qualified Health Center:

Assist in assessing, planning, arranging, and implementing psychosocial programs.
