The team is renowned for working on some of the most complex, high value and market defining financing transactions, advising leading private equity sponsors, financial institutions and corporate borrowers on sophisticated domestic and cross border deals.

The ideal candidate will have strong leveraged finance experience gained at a leading international law firm. You should be Illinois qualified with at least 2 years' post qualification experience and a proven track record of working on complex financing transactions at a top tier practice.
