The purpose of the role is to provide legal advice on corporate law, M&A, contractual, litigation, commercial law and labour matters. Group Legal Chile is looking for a Legal Specialist to join the team and support the needs regarding commercial matters related to Marketing (sales), corporate and litigation aspects of the companies incorporated under Chilean law, contractual negotiations related to Supply Chain and litigation, in general, and all other commercial aspects of the business including labour law. This role will also contribute with legal ops of the Legal Team which involves strategic management, improving efficiency, increasing effectiveness, technology implementation and process improvement.
