My client, one of the top global law firms operating in Dublin are seeking a Legal Secretary to join their team. This Secretary will work in a busy hub whose focus is on Intellectual Property and Technology.


  • 2+ years’ experience as a Legal Secretary required – will consider candidates from smaller and mid-sized firms.

  • Generous benefits including pension, health insurance, bonus scheme.

  • Hybrid working – 50% work from home upon successful completion of training/ office in Dublin 2

    • You will work alongside two Senior Secretaries and a Team Lead in a collaborative work environment. There are currently 11 fee-earners on the team and they intend to continue to add to this as well as having Trainee Solicitors so this will suit someone who likes working in an environment with lots of teamwork.


    Daily tasks in this role will include:

  • Providing administrative support to fee-earners across the team.
