Job Purpose

The role is responsible for managing end-to-end legal and compliance functions, including contract management, litigation, regulatory compliance, and legal advisory, while supporting business operations across sales, marketing, and global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Contract Management

  Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (sales, distribution, service, marketing, licensing, etc.)
