Responsibilities

• Provide legal support for the negotiation, drafting, and interpretation of complex contracts across ERI and E&E sectors
• Deliver timely, practical legal advice to project teams throughout the full project lifecycle
• Advise internal stakeholders on legal, commercial, and risk‑related matters
• Draft and review legal documents, including contract templates and client agreements
