Our client – a highly-acquisitive software company – is looking for a Legal Counsel to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in M&A; this is a rare, transactional in-house role, but will also include commercial drafting, privacy, and other areas. At least two years of experience in M&A, in-house preferred Experience in commercial drafting Experience with privacy matters Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and support rapid growth
