Canadian Blood Services is looking for a Regular Full-time Legal Counsel – Labour and Employment Law to join our dynamic Legal Services team. The role supports all labour and employment‑related matters, including employee relationships, collective agreements, grievances, arbitrations, and employee policies and programmes.
The Position will work in a hybrid environment, with an in‑person presence of at least 40% of the work time, and may require occasional travel as necessary.
Reporting to the Managing Counsel, Labour and Employment Law, you will advise on employee relationships, collective agreements, grievances, arbitrations, and policies and programs related to employees. You will provide professional, timely, and cost‑effective advice that aligns with Canadian Blood Services’ values and ethical standards.
