Overview

You’ll be joining a diverse, passionate, and high-performing international legal team that thrives on solving complex challenges through cutting-edge healthcare projects in collaboration with the business. You’ll be supported by an experienced team of M&A lawyers with exposure to senior leadership and strategic decision-making. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact, cross-border transactions in the healthcare and life sciences sector, including data-driven and technology-enabled businesses. You will be employed under an employment contract and report into the Assistant General Counsel, EMEA M&A and Integration, based in London, UK.
