Position Summary Based in Calgary, Alberta, Dallas, Texas or Houston, Texas, the Legal Counsel, will support a complex global operating business and be expected to provide counsel on a wide variety of commercial, regulatory and strategic priorities for an international business. Provide prompt and effective legal and commercial advice, including negotiating support, through all phases of the manufacturing and contracting cycle, including supply chain and commercial sales

Provide legal advice and support on commercial contracts required by internal business support groups, touching on areas of law including but not limited to Human Resources, HSE, Technology and Innovation, Regulatory, Real Estate and Finance
