REQUIREMENTS:Minimum of 3+ years supervisory experience in the leather industry.Minimum of 3+ years’ retail or shop floor experience within the leather merchant industry.Matric (Grade 12) qualification is essential.Tertiary education is advantageous.Strong understanding of sales and marketing systems within a retail environment.Demonstrated ability to deliver results with a proven track record of success.Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while being a strong team player.Strong time management and organisational skills.Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team effectively.High level of emotional intelligence.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.Valid driver’s license and own vehicle...
