Position Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end learning projects that support Customer Experience teams
- Build and manage project plans, timelines, risks, and deliverables
- Turn business data and performance insights into effective learning strategies
- Partner with learning teams and business stakeholders to design impactful solutions
- Measure success through participation, skill development, behavior change, and performance outcomes
- Analyze trends, skill gaps, and feedback to continuously improve learning programs
- Use dashboards and reporting to bring data to life and support decision‑making
