This role is responsible for the end-to-end ownership of training planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of our local onboarding and learning portfolio. You will ensure training programs are aligned with business priorities, deliver a high-quality learner experience, and drive measurable impact across Consulting Team (CT), Business Services Team (BST), and SBU populations. You will play a key role in strengthening learning operations across ÃS Paulo and Rio, combining execution excellence with continuous improvement, working closely with regional and global L&D teams to identify opportunities to enhance learning, optimize processes and support evolving business needs.
