Location: Toronto (Hybrid)
Salary Range: $85,000 to $105,000 base salary.
This role supports training design and facilitation, systems implementation, onboarding, and broader People & Culture priorities across the organization. The position partners with Finance, People & Culture, and other lines of business to design and facilitate practical, effective training that builds employee capability, supports organizational priorities, and enables successful adoption of new systems and processes. The successful candidate will bring strong experience in adult learning, facilitation, and program development, along with the ability to create engaging learning experiences. Experience in digital learning design and micro-learning is preferred.
