Support building and organizing training programsResearch and update learning and training needsClassroom organization: Managing materials (paper, books, lecture slides ...), teaching tools (board, microphone, computer, projector, ...), teaching, and organizing situations to support lectures, exercises, ..)Prepare training budget, training plan framework to meet the resort training needs.Do training reportsSupport Training Manager to design & develop training materialsCoordinate and support other departments in all internal training coursesPerform other reasonable duties assigned by the assigned by the ManagerWELFARE & ACTIVITIES
