Elliott Group are seeking a Learning & Development Manager. This role will be based from our Dublin office. This role focuses on building structured development pathways, identifying key skills gaps, and designing and implementing impactful training programmes that support both individual growth and wider business objectives. The successful candidate will play a central role in aligning learning initiatives with the organisation's strategic goals, ensuring our people are equipped with the skills needed to succeed now and in the future. Working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, the Learning & Development Manager will drive a culture of continuous improvement by introducing innovative and engaging learning solutions, from workshops and coaching to digital learning experiences.
