Responsibilities

• Design and conduct branch-training programs to enhance employee competencies and boost workplace performance.
• Perform training needs assessments and deliver curriculum, learning materials, and manage all phases of branch training.
• Create learning materials such as job-aids, e-learning, micro-learning, newsletter articles, videos, and more.
• Facilitate webinars and workshop-style training sessions.
• Collaborate with PCG teams and RJL Divisions to identify target audience training requirements and needs.
• Develop, create and deploy a variety of learning materials.
