About the Role

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and tech‑savvy individual to join our HR Learning & Development team as a 12‑month contract Learning Coordinator in Brampton. The role focuses on coordinating, tracking, and supporting training for new hires and current employees across Operations, ensuring the right training is delivered at the right time.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule training for new hires and current employees across Operations teams.
• Partner with Supervisors, Team Leads, Trainers, and HR to support a consistent and organized learning experience.
• Track training completion and maintain accurate records in systems such as LMS and Digital Skills Matrix.
