As a member of the L&D National Team, you will play a key role in facilitating and implementing training for onboarding new Firm Members, integrating technology into legal practice, and fostering professional development. This is an excellent opportunity for a developing professional to grow their expertise in learning and development.

This role offers the flexibility to work remotely for up to three days per week.

What You’ll Do

• Facilitate engaging on-site and virtual training for new and existing Firm Members, ensuring their growth and development.
• Foster a supportive learning environment aligned with the Firm’s values and strategies by providing tools and activities that promote professional development.
