Facilitate engaging on-site and virtual training for new and existing Firm Members, ensuring their growth and development.Foster a supportive learning environment aligned with the Firm’s values and strategies by providing tools and activities that promote professional development.Conduct technology-focused training sessions and coaching for staff and lawyers enhancing their skills and knowledge.Observe and evaluate participant performance during training, providing constructive feedback to help them achieve their goals.Continuously improve learning programs based on participant feedback ...
