Reporting to the Country President, the Vaccines & COVID Business Lead is a member of the Canadian Leadership Council (CLC) and is accountable for shaping the strategy and driving the performance of the Vaccines and COVID business in Canada – a portfolio representing over $200M USD in annual sales. This is a senior leadership role with full P&L responsibility, focused on portfolio strategy, lifecycle management, market shaping, and cross‑functional leadership. The role does not manage a direct sales force; instead, it drives growth through strategic planning, above‑country collaboration, and deep engagement with the external environment.
