Supporting the Vision, Values, Purpose and Commitments of Fraser Health including service delivery that is centered around patients/clients/residents and families: Reporting to the Director, Absence & Disability Management, the Leader, Long Term Disability Management is responsible and accountable for the implementation, ongoing management and future development of informed and responsive consulting and support services to managers and employees in the areas of absence and disability management (DM), recovery at work/return to work and work accommodation; provides leadership to the organization through promoting the importance of effective absence and disability management as an integral component of regular business and operational activities to minimize the impact of disability costs on the organization; represents Fraser Health on internal/external committees and through engagement with external stakeholders including HEABC, third-party insurer...
