Job Responsibilities
- Relationship Manager: Interfacing with CIB & Business Partners (BP's) to review and process all connectivity requests; Informing the CIB of delivery status, escalating blockers as needed; Proactively advising the CIB on internal & external vectors that might influence timeframes for completion of connectivity; Managing the interface between ETS and other technology teams within the wider IP organization.
- Technical Project Manager: Reviewing and processing requests; scheduling meetings; partnering with providers & business partners; reporting & providing status updates; familiarity with Agile framework (e.g., Scrum, Sprint); experience with Change Management frameworks (e.g., Change Control, Remedy, Service Now).
- Service Manager: Complying with service‑level, reporting & tracking duties across platforms such as JIRA, Ariba, MS Project, Excel, etc.
