Leaf Camp is looking for a Lead Camp Counsellor who can bring structure, leadership, and positive energy to our daily program. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident in supporting staff and CITs, overseeing activities, and ensuring a safe, organized, and engaging environment for campers while helping the team succeed together. Your Role

Lead and oversee daily camp operations and activities Provide direction, guidance, and support to staff and CITs Supervise and engage with campers to ensure a safe and positive experience Plan, organize, and adapt activities to meet group needs Ensure all safety procedures, policies, and ratios are followed at all times Act as the main point of support during the day for staff and campers Support behavior management and conflict resolution when needed Communicate effectively with coordinators regarding updates or concerns Help create a structured, inclusive, and high-quality camp environment What We’re Looking Fo...
