Lead Performance Engineer

to drive performance testing strategy, scalability validation, and system optimization for critical enterprise applications.

What You'll Do

Lead end-to-end performance engineering initiatives across enterprise applications.

Define performance testing strategy, workload models, test plans, and success criteria.

Design and execute load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing.

Analyze application, database, and infrastructure performance to identify bottlenecks and performance risks.

Mentor junior engineers and promote performance engineering best practices across teams.

What We're Looking For

Strong experience in performance and load testing

Hands‑on experience with tools such as

LoadRunner

or similar
