As Lead New Service & Operations Architect within the New Services organization of Philips, you are accountable for the end‑to‑end Service and Operations Architecture of the Technology Maximizer Solution. You play a pivotal role in translating customer needs and service strategy into scalable, system‑enabled, and operationally robust service offerings across multiple modalities, including IGT, MR, CT etc.
You operate at the intersection of service innovation, operations, program management, business process owners, experts, and IT, ensuring that new services are workable, compliant, tested, and successfully adopted in daily operations. This role combines conceptual process thinking with strong stakeholder engagement, architectural leadership, and change enablement.
