Job responsibilities:
Client and Stakeholder management including client consultations, communication of expected completion dates and ongoing expectation management Contribute to process management and improvement within the team by updating and creating documentation and runbooks in line with engineering standards Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for Proxy issues Collaborate with other IT & business teams to align proxy solutions with organizational goals Contribute to change management process improvement by building standardized change implementation templates Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Formal training or certification on infrastructure disciplines concepts and 5+ years applied experience Hands-on experience in installation, migration and decommission suite of Broadcom (erstwhile Bluecoat) device...
