We are looking for an experienced Lead, IT Service Management to build and lead our ITSM capability at Group level. The role will involve developing and deploying ITSM solutions, coordinating the rollout of the ITSM system across all Group countries, and defining IT service management processes at Group level.
Act as solution owner for Mehiläinen’s tailored ITSM solution, coordinate the rollout of the ITSM system, define IT service management processes, build Mehiläinen’s Service Management Office, and monitor service management KPIs.
You will have the opportunity to play a key role in establishing a new function that spans our entire European Group, champion ITIL-based best practices, and serve as the internal expert on service management matters.
