We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer to own production reliability and rapid troubleshooting on a live Hiring Events platform serving enterprise clients in real time. You will work across Java, Spring Boot, Python, and React, managing deployments, resolving production incidents within SLAs, and collaborating closely with Client Support and GTM teams. The role includes mentoring and onboarding engineers as the team grows, with direct input into technical prioritization and architecture decisions.
