We are representing a fast-growing medical device startup based in Oslo developing next-generation connected healthcare technology. They are seeking a Senior / Lead Full-Stack Engineer to take ownership of their cloud platform, shape engineering standards, and help bridge the gap between embedded systems and scalable clinical data infrastructure.

This is a role for a full-system thinker - someone who understands not just software components, but how data flows end-to-end from device to clinician, and who can influence both architecture and engineering culture.

Candidates must be based in the Oslo area currently, on-site requirement of 3-days per week.
