Job Overview

Reporting to the Manager, Editorial, Pension Communications, the Lead, Editorial, Pension Communications oversees the production and delivery of internal and external communications supporting OMERS and the broader Pension Services team. The role contributes to company and divisional objectives by developing and executing communications campaigns, leading projects across divisions, and creating engaging content across channels. Draft and edit communications products for key audiences, including members, employers, and stakeholders. Lead campaigns for key initiatives, managing content, run‑of‑show, email and social promotion, internal alignment and day‑of execution.
