Meta is seeking a Lead Counsel, Labor and Employment, LATAM, to join its Global Employment Law Team on a short‑term employment (STE) basis for 14 months to provide temporary cover. In this role, you will support Meta's workforce across the LATAM region on a broad range of employment law matters, providing day‑to‑day legal counsel on issues including hiring practices, employee relations, performance management, leaves of absence, reductions in force, and employment‑related disputes. You will partner closely with People Operations, HR business partners, and business leaders to deliver practical, risk‑informed guidance that enables Meta to operate responsibly and in compliance with applicable labor and employment laws.
