Senior Track Engineer GHD is looking for a senior track engineer to join our team in the Greater Toronto Area. The role involves leading a technical team and managing the track design process, ensuring compliance with client requirements and industry codes.

Responsibilities

Lead track design for engineering projects in accordance with client requirements and codes and standards (Metrolinx, TTC, AREMA)

Ensure all requirements including specifications and standards are integrated into the project

Ensure quality control processes are being followed

Provide support to business development and strategic initiatives, including preparation of proposals, developing design workflows and best practices

Develop and mentor staff

Partner with the Project Manager on the budget and schedule on a regular basis while identifying gaps and providing solutions to achieving the scope
