Full‑time, Permanent role based at Vancity head office. Reports to Senior Director, Operations and Service Delivery. Hybrid work with onsite presence as required.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Identifying and implementing opportunities to optimize banking operations processes and practices, with a focus on Business & Commercial / CRE portfolios
• Integrating decolonization, equity, and diversity thinking into operational processes, policies, and practices
• Providing advice and recommendations on operational needs, risks, and opportunities across the fulfillment network
• Monitoring and executing activities and projects related to banking operations programs
• Enabling accurate and complete processing through effective operational oversight
