Dollarama is seeking a strategic and hands‑on AI leader to lead its AI Center of Excellence and drive the responsible adoption of artificial intelligence across the business. Reporting to the VP of IT, this role is accountable for shaping the enterprise AI vision, overseeing a portfolio of AI initiatives, and ensuring that solutions deliver measurable business value while meeting governance, ethics, privacy and risk standards. The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in AI, machine learning, data science, MLOps and AI governance with the leadership skills needed to influence senior stakeholders and scale AI capabilities across retail operations, back office, supply chain, merchandising, and corporate functions. This person will serve as the company’s internal AI authority, helping translate strategy into practical, high‑impact execution.
