McCormick is hiring a LATAM Procurement Director based in Interlomas, Edo. Mex. The role operates hybrid: 3 days in office and 2 days remote. The Regional Procurement Director, LATAM, will lead and manage a broad team responsible for strategic sourcing of raw materials, packaging, and indirect spend areas within the region; and procurement business partnering across our LATAM geography. This role enables the connectivity of our larger procurement organization and requires strong collaboration with senior leaders to ensure procurement delivers total value to the business. It requires the ability to navigate dynamic business needs while balancing resources to deliver the regional growth agenda.
