As a Business Development Associate (BDA) at Salesforce, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on driving growth in the Latin American market (LATAM). The 6‑12 month BDA Program is designed to develop high‑impact sales skills, preparing BDAs to advance to Sales Development Representative roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture partner leads (PLs) and collaborate with consulting partners for lead hand‑over and progression.
- Qualify inbound leads generated through Salesforce marketing campaigns, events, and website traffic using Customer 360.
- Conduct outbound lead generation activities including cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement to build pipeline across multiple segments.
