This is a hybrid position with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Bogotá office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and control all activities within the Property and Casualty Contracts unit.
• Responsible for managing the quoting and placement of proportional and non-proportional contracts for property lines, including analyzing information and providing value input to both insurance and reinsurance companies.
• Perform market reserving.
• Prepare all technical information for insurers, including reinsurance contract documentation for small, medium, and large accounts.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with reinsurers.
• Achieve the renewal of the current portfolio.
• Handle new business opportunities.
• Elaborate spreadsheets for the determination of income.
