About the Role

The Land Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of land and mining assets in the Greater Montreal market, including permits, entitlements, leases and relationships to maximize mining reserves for the regional aggregates and construction materials business. The role will develop strategic opportunities for growth through acquisition and permitting of new greenfield mineral reserves, as well as handling non‑strategic land sales. The position works closely with the local operations team, legal staff, environmental staff, and mine planners.

What You'll Accomplish

• Oversee land management activities, including acquisitions, divestments, lease agreements, and zoning.
• Represent the company at land use hearings to secure necessary permits and permit amendments.
