WHAT YOU WILL DO
· You will play a key role in shaping the guest ashore experience while driving onboard revenue, turning every interaction into value through your sales mindset and passion for people.
· You will inspire guests and boost sales by promoting tailored shore excursions, leveraging your product knowledge and interpersonal skills to maximize conversion and exceed KPIs.
· You will own the full guest journey at the MyTours desk, acting as a trusted advisor, adapting your approach to diverse guest profiles, and identifying upselling opportunities.
· You will support excursion operations to ensure a smooth and high-quality experience, contributing to coordination, organization, reporting, and continuous performance improvement.
