Reporting to the Manager of Labour and Employee Relations, this role focuses on grievance management, mediation support, and workplace investigations. You'll be a key advisor on complex labour matters and will build relationships with union representatives to ensure consistent interpretation of collective agreements across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
